What sizes do you offer?
Our collections are currently available in a limited size range. As our brand grows, we hope to expand our sizing based on customer demand and feedback.

How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend using our Size Guide to compare your measurements with each garment. If you're between sizes or would like personalised sizing advice, feel free to get in touch before placing your order, we're always happy to help.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll be happy to discuss the available options with you.
Fabric
What fabrics do you use?
We carefully select fabrics based on their feel, drape, and longevity. Some items feature deadstock fabrics, while others may be produced using regular fabrics.
What does "deadstock" mean?
Deadstock fabric is surplus material that would otherwise remain unused. We choose to work with these fabrics to give exceptional materials a new purpose while producing limited runs.
If a style becomes especially popular, we may choose to bring it back using a regular fabric that closely reflects the original design, allowing more customers to enjoy the piece while continuing to minimise unnecessary waste.
Garment Care
How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions vary depending on the fabric and construction of each garment. Please refer to the care label inside your garment or the product page for the recommended care instructions to help maintain its quality and longevity.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay, allowing you to choose the payment option that suits you best.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, helping to keep your personal and payment information protected.
Restocks
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some pieces may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities and may not return.
If a style is made using deadstock fabric and demand is strong, we may reintroduce it in a newly sourced regular fabric that maintains the same aesthetic and quality. We recommend joining the waitlist (where available) or subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to hear about future restocks and new releases.
